Each of our knives is a unique antique, handcrafted individually more than 50 years ago by skilled artisans.

As a result of this traditional, manual production, no two knives are exactly alike. Subtle variations in size, weight, and surface character—including patina and texture—are to be expected. These natural differences are not imperfections, but rather a testament to their authenticity, history, and the passage of time.
